SummerFest is an ideal way to showcase your business and your products/services to hundreds!

 
A booth at SummerFest will not only provide your business exposure to the local community and 
other exhibitors, but stretches your investment throughout the year via placement on the 
chamber website; as well as on social media, and within the digital event program!


Each vendor is strongly encouraged to decorate their booth in the spirit of this year’s theme, “Children's Books” You won’t want to miss this amazing time, come join us to see what story this years show tells!

Summerfest 2024 Application

  • ¨ Prior to SummerFest, via email, you will receive your booth number, directions for set up, map to the event
    and other pertinent information.
  • ¨ All participants are encouraged to decorate their booth spaces. Be Creative! Booths should be interactive and fun, give people a reason to want to stop by your booth.
  • ¨ If you have a retail business, you are welcome to bring your merchandise to sell at the show.
  • ¨ You may choose to distribute coupons, literature or promotional materials to encourage future business.
  • ¨ Door prizes and giveaways are strongly encouraged. It is the participants responsibility to keep door prizes and giveaways with the winner’s information and contact them after Summerfest. This is a great way to 
    follow up with potential customers after the show.
  • ¨ The Oconee County Civic Center strictly prohibits glitter, confetti, candles, open flames, hay and helium filled balloons. Please do not used these items when decorating your booth. Use of these items will cause you to be unable to attend in future years.
  • ¨ Set up will begin at 9:00am on Tuesday, June 13, 2023. All booths must be set and ready by 2:30 pm.
  • ¨ Participants must have someone assigned to their booth for the entire show. Booth security is your 
    responsibility.
  • ¨ Please keep all your material within your booth space. No displays can be in the aisles.
  • ¨ Breakdown and removal of display WILL NOT begin until 5:30pm.
  • ¨ All booth items must be removed by 6:30pm.
